This offer is for a limited time and is for a standard move:

• Packing general household and personal items
• Transporting your belongings
• Unpacking your boxes

The standard move does not include delicate, oversized, rare, or extremely expensive items including but not limited to:

• Appliances, fans, and other home fixtures (at our discretion)
• Security systems, mounted stereos, and other home systems (at our discretion)
• Large live plants (at our discretion)
• Hazardous materials (aerosols, gas cans, ammunition, and more)
• Heavy or oversized items (safes, wine storage, pianos, and more)
• High-value furniture or electronics, delicate items, valuables, or antiques

Our free local move is available to clients who list, sell, and purchase a home in Solivita. Fairway Realty of Solivita will list your home and represent you on the purchase of another home. The move must originate within Solivita and be delivered to a single address within Solivita. Fairway Realty of Solivita is also happy to offer a closing credit if you are not able to take advantage of our Free Move offer but still work with us as your real estate agent. 

The standard move will be contracted with our moving company partner. Fairway Realty of Solivita will pay the moving company directly for a standard move. Once you’ve signed a contract on your new home, the moving company will call you directly to get things started. Your move will be scheduled around your closing as needed. The moving company representative will meet with you a few weeks before the move to review your home and create a move plan. The plan will include a packing schedule and an unpacking plan. During this meeting, the moving company will identify items that are not included in a standard move package. They will provide a price for any additional services you select outside the standard offering.
